Description
Reports to the Director of Finance
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for furniture setup and break-down for all events including
- fundraising and student events, etc
- Attend operation meetings on behalf of the facilities team
- Provide routine maintenance and plant support to the school
- Support facilities in day-to-day campus appearance and operations
- Assists with general repairs and servicing of transportation fleet
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all other duties appropriate to employment as determined by the Head
- of School.
- Comply with all rules and regulations established as school policy, including but not limited to those set forth in faculty and student handbooks, as may be adopted, revised or deleted from time to time by the Head of School.
Requirements
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred
- Occasional weekend work required
- General knowledge of building maintenance
- General knowledge of vehicle maintenance a plus
- Timeliness, reliability, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
