Wakefield School substitute teaching opportunities include supervising students and providing temporary instruction at all grade levels.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have at least a high school degree. Prior teaching experience is a plus.

Reports to the Director of Finance

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for furniture setup and break-down for all events including
• fundraising and student events, etc
• Attend operation meetings on behalf of the facilities team
• Provide routine maintenance and plant support to the school
• Support facilities in day-to-day campus appearance and operations
• Assists with general repairs and servicing of transportation fleet

Other Responsibilities

• Perform all other duties appropriate to employment as determined by the Head
• of School.
• Comply with all rules and regulations established as school policy, including but not limited to those set forth in faculty and student handbooks, as may be adopted, revised or deleted from time to time by the Head of School.

• Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred
• Occasional weekend work required

Wakefield School's Auxiliary Services is looking for responsible, reliable individuals to join our After Care team for seasonal, part-time work after school from 3-6 PM. Our After Care positions include childcare for our JK-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade students, and Lower School Phone Duty.
