Biography

Education
BS in Education, State University of New York at Cortland
MA in Education, Muskingum University

Peyton's choice to pursue a career as a physical educator is motivated by a desire to challenge and transform the negative perception often associated with physical education. He finds happiness from witnessing the joy that children experience when engaging in and discovering physical activities that relate to them. Peyton's passion for physical activity and movement enables him to serve as a strong role model, exemplifying the traits of an active and healthy adult for his students. When Peyton is not teaching or coaching, he enjoys going for walks/runs, working out, or hanging out with family and friends. Originally from New York, Peyton competed at the college level in Soccer and Track and Field. Peyton's achievements in Track and Field paved the way for him to serve as the sprints and hurdles coach at Muskingum University in Ohio while also pursuing his Master's in Education.
