Wakefield School offers not only a beautiful campus overlooking Bull Run Mountain and the Blue Ridge Mountains, but also is conveniently located 1/3 mile off Interstate 66 in The Plains, Va. Our faculty and staff are an integral part of the Wakefield community, actively participating in multiple student and campus activities throughout the year.

As an employee of Wakefield School, you will have opportunities to contribute in a number of ways; from coaching the sport of your interest, to acting in a play as a member of The Archwood Community Theatre, to playing a role as Immigration Officer on Immigration Day, to driving a group of students to a local museum, to chaperoning a dance and many, many more.

Our teachers and staff are passionate about what they do and positive about how they do it. Of the 75 faculty and staff, approximately 15% have doctorate degrees, 35% have masters degrees and represent both national and international experiences.
