The Athletics Program teaches teamwork, commitment, accountability, and time management. Generating a sense of community among teammates and the entire school, students are encouraged to support different sports teams, challenged to build new skills, and inspired to value their experiences.
Because of this, students learn the importance of teamwork and the challenges that come with it. In a world where instant gratification has become the norm, our athletic program challenges each athlete to work for the long-term goal of success. Success doesn't come from a winning season; success comes from individuals coming together to form one unit.

With 16 varsity sports and 36 total teams, our Upper School athletes understand the importance of determination. Every student has the opportunity to play a sport-no matter their skill level. With its current Upper School population, the school maintains an 85 percent student participation rate for athletics.
