Originally from western Pennsylvania, Lori has dedicated the last thirty-eight years to the field of education. After spending seventeen years teaching in a public middle school in Maryland, she embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Virginia, where she has spent the last twenty-one years in private school classrooms. Lori is committed to nurturing her students' curiosity and passion for science, and she hopes to instill in them a lifelong love of the subject. Beyond her teaching career, Lori cherishes her roles as a mother to two sons and a proud grandmother. She resides in Luray with her husband, Jeff, where they both share a love for outdoor activities, including hiking, canoeing, and fishing.
