Kathryn Mullett has worked at Wakefield for 21 years, teaching Kindergarten and First Grade. She believes each child is precious and unique. As a teacher, her greatest satisfaction comes from sharing the joy of learning and helping children to develop empathy, self-esteem, and independence alongside academic skills. Kathryn wanted to be a teacher from a very young age and feels incredibly fortunate to spend her days surrounded by the curiosity, enthusiasm, and energy of young learners! Outside of school, Kathryn loves time with family, traveling, reading, and learning how to knit!
