Middle School Library
Middle Schoolers use the Treptow Library daily to help supplement and enhance their learning experience. The library is the center of learning for the Middle School. The library’s mission, by working under the model of inquiry-based learning, is to help students become critical thinkers in all aspects of their research, projects and reading interests. The library is equipped to support all students in Middle School with a vast and valuable collection of print sources and electronic resources. Collaboration between the librarian and the classroom teachers allows for great academic tasks to be accomplished, long-term, such as History Day, as well as short-term and daily academic assignments. The library is a lively and productive space that welcomes the opportunity to serve all of the Wakefield School community.
