Middle School Theatre

In its trimester, the Middle School Theatre program challenges students to put on a short play at the conclusion of the rotation. In addition to polishing their public speaking and acting skills, students can choose from theatre and set construction, set design, audio, lighting, and costume design and production.

The exposure to theatre early in a school career can help a student determine where his or her interests lie. The experience also emphasizes the importance and skills of conquering stage fright, speaking clearly and loudly, and teamwork.

Middle Schoolers can also participate in the All School production each year, along with Lower and Upper Schoolers, parents, alumni, faculty and staff.
