Booster Club

The Booster Club is in full swing and we want YOU to be part of the fun! We are so excited because the Wakefield website is filled with all the events that the Booster Club sponsors, direct links to volunteering, and the best part is that you join online! For further information, read on, or email

What is the Booster Club?

The Wakefield Booster Club is a group of parents, faculty, staff, and friends that exists to positively support, promote, and enhance the experience of our student Athletes and Artists (performing and visual) as well as the larger Wakefield community. Through membership dues and raffle and concession sales at various events and activities, we raise supplemental funds to "BOOST" needs identified by the Athletic Director and the Chair of the Arts Department. In addition, we provide support to other school events in collaboration with the Wakefield Parents' Association.

Our Goal is to provide our students with the best possible experience while raising overall recognition of their efforts and activities and to increase school spirit! Joining the Booster Club and volunteering your time at school events are great ways to promote these student endeavors and help to build enduring spirit in and loyalty to our community. We meet on the first Friday of every month so join today and we hope to see you soon!

Concessions Cards

No cash? No problem! Boosters are now offering pre-paid $10 concessions cards that can be used at any of our events. Please visit the Birdfeeder or Owl's Nest to purchase your pre-paid card!

"Owls for the Environment"

We are continuing our initiative to REDUCE our waste and RECYCLE as much as possible. In the fall of 2014, the Booster Club purchased a Water Bottle Refilling Station located in the Upper Gym. Just place your bottle underneath and get instant filtered cold water! We are asking parents and students to do their part and bring your Boosters BPA-free bottle or other sustainable container and refill at the filtered fountains around campus. We want to do our part to reduce our plastic footprint! Also, look for blue recycle receptacles around campus.

Booster Meetings

Monthly Booster Club meetings are open to all parents. Join us on the first Thursday of each month in the Boardroom of the Archwood Building at 8:30 a.m. to share your ideas and hear about what Boosters are doing around campus.
