TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Wakefield School offers three options for annual tuition payments, as outlined in the student enrollment contract:

Wakefield School uses the automated payment system FACTS for any parent/guardian choosing our two payment or ten payment plan. What this means is that parents authorize their bank or credit card company to automatically transfer funds to the school on installment payment dates indicated by Wakefield School. Through FACTS, preauthorized automated payments are made conveniently from your checking or savings account, or by way of MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.*
Tuition must be paid by one of the following methods:
(1) If you are making one payment, you may remit payment directly to the school in cash, check, money order or credit card* by July 20.
(2) If you choose to make two installments or ten monthly installments, you must remit payment via FACTS through your checking account, savings account, or credit card.* FACTS e-Cashier enrollment instructions are provided below. FACTS charges an annual fee of $15 (two-payment plan) or $41 (ten-payment plan) per family. After you set up authorization, payments will be automatically charged to your account on July 20 and December 20 for the two payment plan, or monthly beginning July 20 and ending April 20 for the ten payment plan. Please note an administrative fee is charged in addition to tuition for multi-payment plans. This fee is included in the payment amounts as listed on the enrollment contract.
* There is a convenience fee of $2.50 for every $100 processed via credit card (in addition to the administrative fee, if any), whether to the school or to FACTS.
TUITION INSURANCE
Tuition insurance is available to all Wakefield families. Premiums are due in full by July 20, at the time of the first tuition payment. Tuition insurance is optional for families selecting the one payment option. Tuition insurance is mandatory for families selecting the two or ten payment option. For details about the tuition insurance plan, please refer to the brochure in your enrollment packet.
FACTS ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
FACTS RE-ENROLLMENT
If you were previously enrolled in the FACTS program for the prior academic year, and if you were having your payments made through a bank account (rather than a credit card**), you do not need to do anything unless you have changes to your bank account information.
✓ Wakefield School will automatically re-enroll you in the FACTS program (unless you used a credit card**), updating tuition payment amounts in accordance with your enrollment contract.
✓ Your first automated payment will occur July 20.
✓ If you have changes to your bank information or other personal information, please contact Audrey Allen in the Business Office (540-253-7544) prior to June 30. Any necessary updates will be made to your FACTS account prior to the first payment.
✓ The full amount of your mandatory tuition insurance premium will be paid via FACTS at the time of your first tuition payment unless you opt to pay Wakefield directly, marking the appropriate box on the enrollment contract. Please refer to your enrollment contract for annual rates.
** If you were previously enrolled in FACTS with a credit card, you must call FACTS directly at 800-624-7092 in order to re-activate your account. Wakefield School is not permitted to re-activate credit card accounts.
FACTS NEW ENROLLMENT
If you were not previously enrolled in the FACTS program for the prior academic year, and you are electing a multi-payment plan, you will need to enroll online by June 30. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact Audrey Allen in the Business Office (540-253-7544) to make arrangements for paper enrollment. You may select from the following payment methods and options:

✓ If you will be making your automated payments with your checking or savings account, you must enroll in FACTS e-Cashier online.
✓ Fill in the Institution ID and PIN number for Wakefield School to complete the FACTS tuition agreement: Institution ID – 98357 PIN – 20198
✓ The full amount of your mandatory tuition insurance premium will be paid via FACTS at the time of your first tuition payment unless you opt to pay Wakefield directly, marking the appropriate box on the enrollment contract. Please refer to your enrollment contract for annual rates.
✓ Online enrollment is not available for the credit card option, so you must contact FACTS by telephone (1-800-624-7092) to set up your automated transactions. Please note FACTS charges a convenience fee for all credit card transactions. MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
